It has become painfully evident that many people who choose to make the run for president would prefer to avoid the religious issues of gay marriage and abortion. Because of the fact that political issues can affect any long term hopes of survival in their race, they are traditionally kept under wraps by the politician. The individual expression from our politicians are intended to keep their popularity without giving up their commitments. Nobody ever questions whether something is constitutional or not while they are on the campaign trail, the problem usually arises when the questions are asked and we refuse to answer them. There are quite a few issues that can be full of controversy during an election year, once the politicians decide that they need to be heard then it will be all about how they represent themselves during the crisis. The bottom line should always be to tell the truth, be honest and let the chips fall where they may, stop playing the crowds for your benefit.
