Most young people are ambitious enough to want to purchase a new home. With the responsibility of a new home comes the understanding that you are now at a new stage in your life, which simply means that there is a budget to think about and the amount of your mortgage must be considered in the total amount that you can afford. As you join the ranks of homeowners  the responsibilities will also increase, along with the fact that you will now be king or queen of your castle. Because of the budget issue and making payments that you can afford, when signing on the dotted line for your new home, you should not be overly anxious to agree to a high monthly mortgage payment.

I don’t know about you but in my opinion there is something nostalgic about artwork, especially the kind that makes you think about where you came from and where you are going. When an artist decides to burst onto the scene and expose himself to the general public, they are not always successful, however, it seems that Shepard fairey knew what he was doing and after making a name for himself in 2008, with his rendition of Barack Obama and the “hope” poster, it has been all uphill after that. Born in the early 1970′s, this artist has done what he set out to.

Other than the “hope” artwork which he turned out in 2008, Shepard fairey prints has been known to grace many other areas, most of them exceptionally popular to contemporary art lovers. For someone who once came from the world of skateboarding, it just goes to show that we can make anything of ourselves that we decide to. All artists must have their day in the sunlight and in the case of Shepard, that day came in the year 2009 during the summertime. His first exhibition covered many varieties like stencils and stickers, to the tune of over 200 pieces.

I spent all of my school years in the islands and as you can imagine there were quite a few differences from the way the education system is here in the United States. The end result for receiving a Diploma was pretty much the same thing, although the desire by each individual student may have differed somewhat.

As you would imagine, although the education system was different, so too was the law. That is not to say that we could have survived without the services of a Lawyer, however, the legal system was so different that it required a different approach to make it work.

I like dogs just as much as the next person but I tend to prefer the smaller canine to the bigger goofy ones. Although they both slobber a lot, the bigger ones seem to have a whole lot more of the yucky stuff to get rid of. When it comes to my level of comfort, I guess I could deal with one of the smaller canines licking me as they attempt to show just how much they love me. Because I love comfort so much, I have found that I am not comfortable with the thought of one of those bigger canines sharing my bed with me. There is no reason why I should not look into one of the memory foam dog beds as an option.

All the dogs that I have ever come in contact with have enjoyed being given doggy treats, so I guess if I am looking for some way to show my appreciation to my four legged friend, a couple of doggy biscuits might not be a a bad idea. I know my canine friend will be thinking happy thoughts as she quickly devours my attempt at showing some doggy love. If I am in a happy mood I might even take the furry one to the park to play games, that is until I got too tired myself. Being playful seems to be the norm for the happy dog, now if only I could keep up with her.

The last time I went on a cruise, my wife managed to convince me to spend some money at the spa. I have been called a tight wad before, but this was an experience that was supposed to show me how to relax. It was not a day spa by any means, however it was well worth the money I spent. I understand from some dog lovers that dogs enjoy relaxing too, which was no surprise to me when I heard it, in fact all you have to do is to purchase one of those orthopedic dog beds and you will see how relaxed she can really be.
