Yes it is a fact, Lindsay Lohan is still on probation and wouldn’t you know it she is still managing to mess it up. After serving what little time she had behind bars and being severely chastised by the judge, it was determined that Lohan would require community service as a means of fulfilling her penalty faze. The problem with Lohan is that she seems to enjoy placing herself in violation of court requirements and ends up blowing her obligations to the judge. In this particular case there is some concern about whether she was actually performing her service as required by law. Although it has not yet been determined that there is any violation of probation, but if it is confirmed that she did in fact violate, we can only wonder whether there is any potential to upset the judge enough to cause Lohan to end up behind bars. These situations could easily be avoided if Lohan follows the law as she is supposed to, but with her track record it is hardly surprising that she continues to turn to violations, instead of doing the simple tasks that she is asked to. I hope that Lohan manages to work this out, although it seems as though she wants to have another day in court. Criminals today are readily thrown behind bars for the slightest thing, however, Lohan seems to have a knack for avoiding such an outcome, obviously there is a great need for improvements in this area.
