China has gone and done it again, with its attempt to keep families together its supreme court has ruled that property purchased before a man and woman get married, must return to the previous owner if a divorce takes place. Legal research has confirmed that this will result in many women being thrown out of their homes, should a divorce become necessary, These Chinese laws are doing nothing but turning back the hands of time, as it works at keeping marriages together. Some would agree that the Chinese government is making the wrong move here, especially since the previous law did not suggest any such conclusion, yet based on the uproar, this law could be seriously challenged.
