A few years ago during the early stages of the Iraq war I worked with a friend who was looking for an opportunity to increase his financial portfolio and as an option he decided to take a job with a food establishment that provided restaurant services for the military in Iraq. As someone who understands the danger of facing possible death I asked him if he had any idea what he was getting himself into, he thought that he did. I am not suggesting that there was anything wrong with his decision after all what can we expect next when we choose a job to make a quick buck. The problem is that there is a certain risk that contractors take when they choose such a career and please don’t find me as heartless but the risk was known before the job was accepted.
