Christians are tasked with a major responsibility towards the return of our Savior. We are told to take up our cross and follow Him. We are expected to spread the word at every possible opportunity, without exception. We are expected to be the salt and the light for all the world to see. The salt meaning the strength and power of the word, making it anything but boring. While the light should always reflect the light of Jesus Christ. If we follow these simple expectations, we will be still shining when Jesus returns in the clouds of glory. Every-time I converse with another Christian and I don’t see that coming from them, I always wonder where their allegiance lies.

It seems as though the social network known as Facebook is determined to monopolize the market with every possible turn. When I first joined the network over a year ago, it seemed as though some people were simply interested in what it can do, however, in recent months it has blossomed into many different avenues. Today almost every network, website and IM service is trying to include Facebook, now the biggest social network around is going one step further to create an application for all tablets. If we only knew just how open this sort of service is to people in general, we would not be so quick to run in our homes and shut the blinds.
Advertisement is a fact of life in todays world, especially since that is the way many people make their money. Every time you turn on the television there are ads that seem to monopolize the airways and when you turn on your computer and access the Internet it seems as though things could not get much worse. Every Internet user is trying to figure out how to stop popup windows if only because they can be extremely aggravating. I will say though, in recent years the pop up attacks have been reduced considerably with certain browsers. When I see pop ups, I consider the owners as nothing but disturbed and needy.
It is becoming clearer to me as time goes by that a small percentage of the Muslim community will never accept Christians that live alongside them. I guess I should clarify my statement before someone gets upset with me. My concerns have arose since I realized how many Christians Iran is detaining as of now. No I am not stereotyping here, especially since I grew up around Muslims and actually considered one in particular as a good friend. Christians should expect to be persecuted on a regular basis, with increased aggression as the end draws nearer. We should not fear our enemies though, because we are promised to have all the protection that we will ever need when that time comes.
Because I work from home, I usually find myself doing all the household chores that others would normally do when they were off. This usually happens because I have what we shall call “down times” where I can leave the scene temporarily. A good environment to study and work is vital if you decide to work from home. There is simply no way that success can reign if you are constantly being distracted by elements beyond your control. If children are involved, there is always the added responsibility for you to keep an eye on them so that they keep from getting into trouble, that is until someone else gets home and takes over.
