Hopefully it is important to you, because it sure seems important to them. How important is your privacy I ask, because it is going to be invaded in an extremely private way as soon as you decide that you need to get on another plane. The latest technology being introduced at an airport near you will “expose” parts of you to screeners that you would not normally wish others to be viewing, unless of course you are an actor or actress playing a part in an adult film.
What was not to long ago thought of as fantasy by young boys (and probably some girls) where they could use a pair of binoculars to undress someone has now become a reality, and that reality will take the place of an x-ray machine that you will just need to walk through and voila you have been exposed.
If this sounds a bit extreme, take note, because it may be to some! Ever since September 11th, our rights to privacy have been slowly dwindling away and while I realize we need to protect ourselves, we are now being treated as criminals. America may be winning the war against the terrorists, even though the jury is still out on that one, but we are paying a heavy price with our privacy, is it worth it?
Unless we are watching and looking, he will come like a thief in the night! We are told that as Christians we must be diligent and steadfast unto the end, and we should be found at peace with God, living our lives clean (spotless) and without blame. While we are not expected to be perfect as we all sinners, our aim must be to follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. We should be wary of conditions that exist prior to the return of our Savior Jesus Christ, where there will be scoffers that ask, where is the return of Jesus Christ?
Our hearts should be first and foremost filled with the hope of the return of Jesus Christ and we must likewise assure those around us that Jesus Christ will certainly fulfill his promise to return for his children. Some of us might be worried that his return has taken too long but we should remember that God’s timetable is not the same as ours and therefore he will not act based on our emotions but on his need. Once we look for the signs that he has made evident through prophecy, we will not be surprised like many who doubt his return and lack the faith.
We must forever be looking in an upward direction, yet not be fooled by imposters and those who suggest they are the Savior and Messiah! Do not be dissuaded by those that are intent on separating us from the one true savior, Jesus Christ, for we are his flock and he is our shepherd, and his promise is to take us with him to a mansion in the sky. Our days and nights should be spent growing in the word and becoming closer to God as did Enoch, growing in grace and knowledge of our God!

Sometimes what we are looking for is right in front of us and we do not see it. The Garden of Eden was intended to be the home of his beloved children, Adam and Eve, but once Satan managed to successfully tempt Adam and Eve, things just took a different direction and God removed the garden of Eden from earth. During his time on earth God showed Enoch all the plans he had for his children and their salvation, while the spirit of prophecy carried Enoch through all the stages and generations and eventually the stages planned through the second coming of Jesus Christ.
Concerned as he was for his brothers and sisters in Christ, Enoch was worried that the righteous and the wicked would both return to dust at which time they would be no more. God showed him through a prophetic vision that his son Jesus Christ was to be sacrificed for the sins of man. Enoch was given an elaborate glimpse into the behavior of man during the end of days just before the return of Jesus Christ in the clouds, where man would become boastful , corrupt, presumptuous and rebellious.
While Enoch was in the presence of God, his face appeared radiant and holy and he continued to grow closer and more heavenly to his creator. When others saw Enoch, they could not help but to be amazed with his heavenly glow. Because Enoch was constantly seeking knowledge from God he became closer and God loved him even more, due to this love God would not allow Enoch to suffer and die as other sinful and wicked men, so he sent his angels to remove him from the earth.
